Above the entrance door there used to be a lamp

Above the entrance door there used to be a lamp which was removed some time ago and the hole that was left was then filled with cement.

This cement has now been removed and a piece of Portland stone has been made to fill this void.

The stone carver offers up a new carved piece of stone to one of the acanthus leaves which form the borders to the pedestal panels.
