Specialist contractors removing the top section
of the viewing gallery (the cage)
The cage being cut into sections
Each section is carefully lowered onto the scaffolding deck
and taken down to ground level using the hoist.
The scaffolding at level 23

Both of the Talking Telescopes and the flag pole are also
carefully removed and stored for safe keeping.
