The 3rd stage of the hoarding artwork is now in place.
The final stage will be installed in September

There will be 3 stainless steel conduits running parallel with each other, carefully curved and twisted to the shape of the inside wall these conduits will run all the way from the ground floor up to the top of the Monument and will carry all of the power, lighting and CCTV cables.
